Transportation to/from Airport:
By car:
- Official yellow taxis are available upon arrival
- Ride-sharing apps Uber and Ola are available for pick-up at the airport through their apps
- Book in advance a transfer with your hotel’s concierge (please contact the hotel directly)
- The journey time from the airport to Aerocity is approximately 15-20 minutes
- The journey time from the Airport to ICC Dwarka Congress Center is approximately 30 minutes (depending on the time of day and the traffic)
By metro:
- The Airport Express line connects New Delhi Airport (T3) to Downtown Delhi via Aerocity and ICC Dwarka. Please view schedules and information here: https://delhimetrorail.com/map
- The journey time from Airport Metro T3 to Aerocity Metro is approximately 10 minutes (followed by 10-minutes walk to the hotels)
- The journey time from Airport Metro T3 to ICC Dwarka is approximately 10 minutes (followed by 10-minutes walk to the registration area)
- A complimentary metro pass (pre-loaded with 10 journeys) is provided to delegates. This can be collected from the hospitality desk of WCN hotels in Aerocity or the ‘Tours’ desk at the registration area of the congress venue (N.B: these cards are on a first-come-first-served basis and max. 1 per registered delegate).
- Metro cards and recharges can be done at metro stations or via a QR code.
Transportation between Aerocity and ICC Dwarka:
By metro:
- We recommend that you allow 45-60 minutes for the whole journey from your hotel in Aerocity to the congress center entrance
- Aerocity metro station is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the main hotel area.
- A free shuttle bus will be provided to and from the center of Aerocity to the metro station during the 6-9 February. Please check this file for information.
- The journey time on the metro to ICC Dwarka (Metro station Yashobhoomi Dwarka 25) is approximately 15 minutes
- The walking time from ICC Dwarka Metro Station (Yashobhoomi Dwarka 25 – Exit Gate 1) to the entrance of the Congress is approximately 10-12 minutes walk (golf carts are provided for those with restricted mobility)
- A complimentary metro pass (pre-loaded with 10 journeys) is provided to delegates. This can be collected from the hospitality desk of WCN hotels in Aerocity or the ‘Tours’ desk at the registration area of the congress venue (N.B: these cards are on a first-come-first-served basis and max. 1 per registered delegate).

The ISN World Congress of Nephrology, New Delhi, India, 06/02/2025 – 09/02/2025 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 15.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 22 of UEMS 2023.07.
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on converting EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for EACCME®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 0,5 ECMEC® for 30 minutes of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. cf. Chapter XIII of UEMS 2023.07

- Login to your WCN’25 Dashboard
Username: the email address used to register to WCN’25
Password: should you not remember your password, please use the “Forgot your password” link on the platform login page. - Click on the “My CME Certificate” button from your WCN’25 User Dashboard.
- Complete the feedback survey to access your certificate. This is mandatory and required by EACCME®.
- Download your Certificate.
- Minors* (persons under 18) can access the congress venue and other WCN‘25 areas.
- Adults are fully responsible for the appropriate behavior of the children they accompany. Interference with congress activities will not be accepted. The organizers take no responsibility for any damage to the venue, other facilities, or disruption caused by minors. Content deemed unsuitable for children may be displayed during WCN‘25 congress sessions.
- The following child facilities are available:
- A playroom for parents, caretakers and minors is available in the IICC in at the third floor. All minors must be accompanied by their parent or caretaker at all times.
- A breastfeeding room is available at the IICC at the third floor.
In each session room, the seats nearest to the exit will be reserved for delegates who may need to leave a session abruptly, such as doctors on call or parents with children.
* Minors must be registered at the congress registration desk. Registered children must wear a badge or wristband with the caretaker’s contact details at all times while on–site.
*Minors will not be admitted to the Opening Ceremony, the Exhibition Hall, the Hands-on Masterclass in Nephrology: Interventional Nephrology, Dialysis, and POCUS Course, or Industry Symposia.

This service is available all day in the Exhibition & Posters Hall on the 6th floor during February 7 – 8, and served outside the sessions rooms on February 6 & 9 (when the exhibition hall is closed). In case of inappropriate behavior, WCN organizers reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary including removal from the virtual congress without warning or refund, and they reserve the right to refuse attendance at future ISN meeting.
