Elliot Tannor
ISN-GKHA Named Fellow
Dr. Elliot Tannor is a nephrologist and early career researcher, currently undertaking PhD studies evaluating the impact of COVID-19 on health service utilisation in the management of non-communicable diseases. He has been awarded the title of ISN-GKHA Named Fellow for the active role that he has played in the 2023 iteration of the ISN-GKHA (Global Kidney Health Atlas). He is also lead author of the key planned ISN-GKHA publication, ‘Capacity for the management of kidney failure in the International Society of Nephrology Africa region: Report from the 2023 ISN Global Kidney Health Atlas (ISN-GKHA),’ and co-author of the planned publication, ‘Temporal trends in the organization of, and structures for kidney care delivery between 2019 and 2023: Findings from a multinational survey of 148 countries.’ He also presented African region ISN-GKHA data on ‘Kidney Care in Resource-Limited Settings’ during an ISN Webinar in September 2023.
