- On or before January 19, 2022: refund of fee minus an administrative charge of 150 USD. Please note that in case of registration fee lower than 150 USD, there will be no refund.

Upon finalizing your registration online, you will receive an acknowledgement and confirmation including all the details of your registration as well as corresponding invoices and payment confirmations. This information will be sent to the email address you provided when completing the registration.
A copy of the registration confirmation, invoice, and important documents will be available on your personal space on the WCN Registration Portal under “My Documents”. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your registration confirmation within the timeline mentioned above or copies are not available on the portal, please contact the WCN Registration Team via registrationswcn@theisn.org

- Go to the WCN Portal https://cm.theisn.org/cmportal/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2Fcmportal%2Fportal%2FWCN2022%2Fnormal to login into the registration system
- If you already have an ISN event account/profile (NB: This is NOT your ISN Membership account): sign in by typing your username (last name.first name) and password.
- If you do not have an ISN event account: type your email address in the "Create a new profile" box. Should your name already be in the database, the system will tell you and you will be invited to sign in.
- If you have already a profile but you do not remember your password: use the box "Forgot your password". A new password will then be generated and sent to the email address registered in our system. If you do not receive the “Reset password” email in your inbox, please check your spam or bulk email folder. If the email cannot be found in either folder, please ask your IT team to ensure all emails from noreply@theisn.org, IP address: 91.183.188.144, are allowed in your inbox.

- Once logged in click on “My Group Registration” and follow the instructions in the portal
- Payment by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) can be securely made online. We recommend not to provide credit card details by email or phone. Payment by bank transfer is accepted up to January 31, 2022. After January 31, 2022, any outstanding amounts must be paid by credit card. Cash payments are NOT possible.
- During the session, you can ask questions by writing them in the available space . Do not hesitate to post your question during the sessions. During the assigned time for Q&A, the session chair will then address the questions while time allows.
- Through the "Networking" function on the left menu bar, you will be able to reach out to speaker via chat or video call.
- After each session, a group conversation is started and accessible via the networking function. Here you may ask questions and discuss with speakers and participants.
