Information on Sponsorships, Advertising and Premium Support
Guidelines
Please be aware that it is prohibited to use specific product information in artwork/promotions displayed outside of the exhibition hall. This regulation extends to all advertising and sponsorship opportunities. Photos, graphics, or brand names of products must not be used outside of the exhibition hall. Specifically, in the scientific session rooms. All of the sponsorships and advertising opportunities available from the congress organizers are compliant. Companies may refer to pipelines, disease state awareness campaigns and/or invite delegates to visit your booth for more information about specific treatments.
Given the global scope of the IFPMA Code, companies are expected to use the IFPMA Code as the minimum standard. The EFPIA and PhRMA Codes reflect the principles and rules of the IFPMA Code.
Checklist and Important Dates

Sponsorship
Below is a comprehensive list of all available sponsorship opportunities. For the items your company has specifically reserved, please pay attention to the necessary information and submission deadlines.
For many of these options, you need only submit the correct logo to be used to rblondel@theisn.org for ISN to implement. Where applicable, ISN will share renderings and proofs with you before production.
Deadline

This sponsorship includes the option to schedule a push notification. The initial notification will be text-based, but it can be expanded when a user clicks on the notification pop-up, directing them to a full page in the app that features both text and an optional image. Please provide your selected text, any image file you’d like to include, and your preferred time slot. Note that slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Deadline: December 9, 2024
Coffee & Tea Breaks
This sponsorship includes the option to provide one (1) roll-up banner to be displayed in each of the designated three coffee areas. The specifications of each banner should be no larger than standard 85cm W x 2m H roll-up banner.
Your team should bring the banners to the registration info desk on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The ISN will place the banners. You will need to collect the banners between 4 – 6p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Any uncollected items will be disposed of and disposal costs will be borne by sponsor.
Congress Dinner
This sponsorship grants you the opportunity to host your own congress dinner, which will be recognized and promoted as part of the congress social program. Please provide the dinner details via email before the congress. This information will enable the staff at the information desk to properly address and direct any inquiries. The sponsor will cover all costs and logistics associated with the dinner; the ISN is not involved in any preparations. It is not possible to share any delegate names.
Co-Working Space
This sponsorship offers the opportunity to provide printed handouts for display in the co-working space. The sponsor is responsible for providing the handouts, which should not exceed A5 size. Please be aware that ISN prohibits specific product advertising outside of the exhibition hall. All artwork must receive prior approval; kindly submit your designs to rblondel@theisn.org by December 9, 2024.
Your team should deliver the printed handouts to the exhibitor info desk on the 6th floor on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The ISN will ensure that these handouts are placed in the co-working lounge and will manage their replenishment throughout the congress.
Any leftover handouts will be available to collect from the info desk between 4 – 6p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2025. If not collected, leftovers will be put into waste.
Hand Sanitizer Bottles
This option offers the opportunity to provide hand sanitizer bottles for distribution in the registration area and at your booth (if applicable). Please be aware that ISN prohibits specific product advertising outside of the exhibition hall and so bottle artwork must follow these guidelines.
Please organize the shipment of the bottles to the congress venue in consultation with Kristal (official shipment company) and ISN as congress organizers. Please do not arrange to ship anything to the location without consulting with us first for quantities and arrangements.
Hotel Shuttle
This option includes the opportunity to provide two (2) roll-up banners to be displayed at the pick-up and drop-off points. The specifications of each banner should be no larger than standard 85cm W x 2m H roll-up banner.
Your team should bring the banners to the exhibitor info desk on the 6th floor on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The ISN will place the banners. You will need to collect the banners between 4 – 6p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Any uncollected items will be disposed of and disposal costs will be borne by sponsor.
Lounge
This sponsorship offers the opportunity to provide printed handouts for display in the co-working space. The sponsor is responsible for providing the handouts, which should not exceed A5 size. Passport
Delegates are encouraged to explore various congress locations to collect stamps on their delegate passport, which can be found on the back of their badge. One of these stops can be your booth. To inform delegates of this location, the ISN will provide a small sign for you to display at your booth, detailing information about the passport game.
To obtain your stamp and sign (which is optional but highly encouraged), please visit the exhibitor info desk located on the 6th floor on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.
Photobooth
With this option, the congress organizer manages both the logistics and expenses of the photobooth. The sponsor has the option to provide us with a QR code, which we will integrate into the photobooth’s artwork alongside your logo. For optimal quality, it is best to submit this in a design file like Illustrator; however, we can also accept PDF or JPEG formats if that is not possible.

Welcome Reception
The welcome reception will take place in the exhibition hall on floor 6F on February 6, 2025 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Included in this option is the opportunity to provide two (2) roll-up banners to be placed in the entrance of the exhibition hall on February 6 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The specifications of each banner should be no larger than standard 85cm W x 2m H roll-up banner.
Your team should bring the banners to the exhibitor info desk on the 6th floor on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. The ISN will place the banners. You will need to collect the banners between 4 – 6p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2025. Any uncollected items will be disposed of and disposal costs will be borne by sponsor.
Young Nephrologists Social
The social will take place on Saturday, February 8 in the evening.
Included in this option is the opportunity to provide two (2) roll-up banners for display during the social. The specifications of each banner should be no larger than standard 85cm W x 2m H roll-up banner.
