Dr. Meremo states, “I’m honored to receive this ISN Fellowship Abstract Award – 1st prize winner as a recognition from ISN to us fellows for the time and effort it took to achieve this accomplishment. This award means a lot to me and inspires my search for novel biomarkers for early prediction of CKD progression. I thank ISN for laying the foundation through the ISN Fellowship Program, and my mentors (Professors Saraladevi Naicker, Graham Paget, Raquel Duarte, and Dr. Caroline Dickens) for their continued support, mentorship, and guidance.
