Guidelines
Please be aware that ISN does not allow specific product advertising. Companies may refer to pipelines, disease state awareness campaigns and/or invite delegates to visit your booth for more information about specific treatments. Please note that all publications referring to sponsored industry sessions (symposia, spotlight stage, meet-the-experts) mention: ‘Official WCN’25 sponsored session‘ to avoid any confusion with the official WCN’25 program.
Given the global scope of the IFPMA Code, companies are expected to use the IFPMA Code as the minimum standard. The EFPIA and PhRMA Codes reflect the principles and rules of the IFPMA Code.

What are the FAQ hours?
We are dedicated to providing you with the support you need to maximize your participation and concentrate on what truly matters—being involved in the congress.
The ISN team is arranging two online sessions called ‘FAQ hour’ for industry supporters to engage directly with the organizers and ask their questions. During these sessions, the congress organizers will share vital information and address any inquiries they may have. The first will be focused on exhibition and the second will be focused on industry sessions. Common queries and step-by-step instructions will be covered.
To make the sessions as effective as possible, we encourage attendees to prepare their questions in advance and review the provided materials beforehand. This will ensure that the time spent together is productive and that all concerns are addressed efficiently.
When are they scheduled?
The FAQ hour focused on exhibition is scheduled for October 9, 2024 from 3 – 4 p.m. CET.
The FAQ hour focused on industry sessions is scheduled for October 10, 2024 from 3 – 4 p.m. CET.
The sessions will be recorded and made available on this manual. Main contacts can expect to receive an invitation in September.
