The ISN Frontiers Meeting ‘Complement-related kidney diseases: classification, genetics, and treatment’ was planned as an in-person meeting. All activities adhered fully to COVID-19 hygienic safety measures and procedures as mandated by local authorities and the venue.

Registration Categories

  • ISN Members: Members who are in good standing with the International Society of Nephrology. The membership number must be provided to benefit from this rate. ISN members: only full members can take advantage of this fee. ISN Academy & ISN Journal subscribers cannot register at this rate.
  • Nonmembers: individual who are not interested in becoming ISN members, and individuals with only an ISN Academy & ISN Journal subscription.
  • ISN Associate Member: ISN Associate members who are in good standing with the International Society of Nephrology. The ISN membership number must be provided to benefit from this rate.
  • ISN Trainee Member: Must be approved ‘Trainee members‘ of the International Society of Nephrology. Please make sure your ISN Trainee membership is active and approved before registering at this rate. The ISN membership number must be provided to benefit from this rate.
  • Renal Health Professional: Nonmedical doctors who are not ISN Associate Members and are not interested in joining the ISN – including dietitians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and technicians.

The ISN 2022 Frontiers Meeting ‘Complement-related kidney diseases: classification, genetics and treatment’, Bergamo, Italy, 23/06/2022-25/06/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 17 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Please find below the breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

June 23, 2022 – 5.00

June 24, 2022 – 8.00

June 25, 2022 – 4.00

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the basis of 1 ECMEC® for one hour of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®s per day. Cf. Chapter X of UEMS 2016.20.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
