The rates include plenary room rental with AV set-up (theater style, lectern and speaker tables). Your symposium will be promoted on the meeting website and on various communications. Collegial discussions amongst key opinion leaders (KOLs) are immensely valuable for ISN industry partners. ISN can contribute strong, unbiased expert knowledge and guidance to the advisory community, at regional and international level.
The 5 experts are selected by the industry partner from the meeting’s international faculty. The agenda is set by the industry partner. The roundtable will take place before or after the main program. The meeting room is included with audio-visual equipment, refreshments and light snacks. All logistics (invitations and meeting room) will be managed by ISN.

Abstracts & Posters
This option is no longer available. 
The poster presentations at Frontiers will be one of the highlights of the meeting. Over 200 abstracts are expected to be presented. Poster presenters will be welcomed at the registration desk which will also be a poster information point for delegates. Posters will be spread out in prime locations in the venue / as e-posters.

Pens
This option is no longer available. 
Pens are distributed to all delegates in the key meeting areas over three days. Delegates will make use of these pens during the conference to take notes but will often take them back to their institutions as mementoes from the meeting, extending the reach of your company’s brand.
