Call for expressions of interest/nominations for
Education Working Group Members
The ISN welcomes expressions of interest/nominations for the position of members of the ISN Education Working Group. The positions will start at the World Congress of Nephrology 2025 (WCN’25).
About the ISN Education Working Group
The Education Working Group brings together nephrologists and health care professionals around the world to support the development of educational resources in nephrology, with primary focus on online education via the ISN Academy.
Members of the Education Working Group participate overseeing the development and implementation of the ISN online educational strategy and seek/foster collaborations with other societies in the development of ISN’s online educational offerings. In addition, they support the development of online educational content, including curriculum, webinars, and podcasts as well as consult with ISN staff in the design, building and maintenance of the ISN Academy.
The Role
Education Working Group members are expected to participate in several calls of the group each year. The Education Working Group also ordinarily meets face-to-face during the World Congress of Nephrology. Since ISN does not financially support members’ presence, it is not mandatory for you to attend the face-to-face meetings. If you are already at WCN and a meeting is scheduled, we would appreciate you joining the meeting.
Selection Criteria
- ISN member in good standing
- Email accessible and able to regularly connect to conference calls
- Proven experience in medical education
- Thank you for your interest. The application process closed at 5 p.m. CEST on Friday, 18 October. We encourage you to keep an eye out and apply for available positions at next year’s call for EOIs/nominations round.
