New, upgraded, and graduated ISN Sister Renal Centers partnerships: Thank you to our supporters!
The ISN Sister Renal Centers (SRC) Committee is pleased to welcome nine new partnerships into the ISN Sister Renal Centers (SRC) Grant Program.
These new partnerships span seven different ISN regions, reinforcing the ISN’s mission to develop and advance kidney care capacity and services globally.
In addition, several partnerships have successfully upgraded their status: four pairs to Level A and six pairs to Level B. The ISN warmly congratulates the following six partnerships that have graduated from the program in 2025, having completed six or more years of productive collaboration:
- SRC Myanmar – Myanmar – Singapore1 (trio partnership): Mandalay Children’s Hospital, Yangon Children’s Hospital Renal Unit and National Kidney Foundation-National University Hospital Children’s Kidney Center
- SRC Armenia – Switzerland: Arabkir Joint Medical Center and Inselspital Bern
- SRC India – Canada3: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal and Montreal Children’s Hospital, and McGill University Health Center
- SRC India – USA7: Sree Avittom Thirunal Hospital, Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram, and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center
- SRC Philippines – Singapore1: National Kidney and Transplant Institute and Tan Tock Seng Hospital
- SRC Sri Lanka – UK: Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children and Birmingham Children’s Hospital
Partnerships 1 and 5 received joint support from the ISN and the Asian Pacific Society of Nephrology (APSN).
The ISN thanks the SRC Committee, notably Chair Rukshana Shroff and Deputy Chair Narayan Prasad, for their outstanding leadership.
We also thank the valued partners below for their continued support. In 2025, 54 SRC partnerships are active. Of these, eight receive joint support from the ISN and the APSN, four from the ISN and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology, and one from the ISN and the Indian Society of Nephrology.
