The ISN Welcomes 23 New ISN Interventional Nephrology Scholars
Selected from across the globe, 23 talented professionals will undergo intensive training in interventional nephrology (IN) at an ISN Interventional Training Center. These centers provide training in central venous and peritoneal dialysis catheter insertion, kidney biopsy, endovascular procedures, and point-of-care ultrasound.
Over one to three months, trainees from low, lower-middle, or upper-middle-income countries will gain hands-on experience and essential skills to elevate kidney care in their home regions, making a tangible impact on patient outcomes in underserved areas.
Meet the newest cohort of ISN Interventional Nephrology Scholars
As part of their training, IN scholars will complete an online course on interventional nephrology at the ISN Academy. This course is accessible to all ISN members – find out more.
The ISN congratulates its new scholars and looks forward to seeing how they will help shape the future of kidney care!
