The ISN Supports Kidney Care Education at French Language Congress in Africa Through the CME Program
The “2ème Cours International de Néphrologie et 1er Congrès de la Société Congolaise de Néphrologie” will take place from August 21-25, 2023, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo.
The ISN Continuing Medical Education (CME) Program will support Dr. Thierry Lobbedez (France), Dr. Faguer Stanislas (France) and Dr. Michel Jadoul (Belgium) to travel to the conference to contribute to the scientific program.
Their content includes presentations on peritoneal dialysis, renovascular complications during pregnancy, chronic hemodialysis, and 0by25 targets in 2023.
The ISN collaborated on this support with the Société Francophone de Néphrologie, Dialyse et Transplantation (SFNDT). The SFNDT, with whom the ISN has partnered since 2018, will also support speakers to travel to Kinshasa for the congress. Both organizations are committed to advancing kidney care in French-speaking Africa and nationwide.
ISN members can apply to the ISN CME Program year-round to get support for scientific meetings – find out more here.
