International Experts to Guide Scientific Paper Writing in Turkey at ISN Scientific Writing Course
A three-day ISN Scientific Writing Course (SWC) will be held in Istanbul, Turkey, from February 16 to 18.

Cohosted by the Balkan Cities Association of Nephrology, Dialysis, Transplantation and Artificial Organs (BANTAO) and the Turkish Society of Nephrology, this will be the first ISN Scientific Writing Course to take place in the Eastern and Central Europe region.
Fifteen applicants were selected to participate in the course. Successful applicants come from Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, and Iraq. The president of BANTAO and Turkish Society of Nephrology member, Mustafa Arici, will be present to welcome the students.
The ISN Scientific Writing Course is designed to help physicians and researchers specializing in nephrology improve their scientific writing skills to get their research papers published.
Participants will receive one-on-one mentoring on their current research projects and ongoing guidance from faculty after the course.
In addition to the writing program, Caner Alparslan (Turkey), a member of the ISN Young Nephrologists Committee participating in the course, will present a talk on challenges for young nephrologists in the region.
