ISN at ISRNM Congress in China
The 20th Congress of the International Society of Renal Nutrition and Metabolism (ISRNM) will take place in a hybrid format, June 16-18, 2022, in Guangzhou, China.
The ISN and the ISRNM will hold a joint session on June 16 from 6:45-8 p.m. China Standard Time. The ‘Joint ISN-ISRNM Collaborative GKHA Session’ includes talks from:
- David Johnson (Australia): ‘Global Burden of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Unmet Needs in Care Delivery’
- Angela Wang (Hong Kong): ‘GKHA Assessing Global Kidney Nutrition Care’
- Brandon Kistler (USA): ‘Working Towards a Personalized Nutrition Support in CKD’
- Past-President Vivek Jha (India): ‘Advocacy for a Nutrition Care Policy in Kidney Disease’
In honor of the ISRNM’s 45th anniversary, organizers have arranged a special program of seven plenary lectures and collaborative sessions with the ISN Global Kidney Health Atlas (GKHA) team, KDIGO, Global Renal Exercise (GREX), and the International Federation of Kidney Foundation-World Kidney Alliance (IFKF-WKA). A Kidney Disease Outcome Quality Initiative (KDOQI) session will also feature in the program.
