Please join us in welcoming the 2021 ISN-KI Editorial Fellows who will train alongside the Kidney International (KI) editorial team from October 2021 to April 2023.
ISN-KI Clinical Editorial Fellow
Amélie Bernier-Jean, Canada, nephrologist and early career clinician-scientist at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur in Montreal. She received the KI reviewer of the year award.
ISN-KI Basic and Translational Nephrology Editorial Fellow
Letizia De Chiara, Italy, molecular biologist and Marie Sklodowska-Curie funded postdoctoral fellow at Prof. Paola Romagnani’s laboratory at the University of Florence.
ISN-KI Basic and Translational Nephrology Editorial Fellow
Sho Hasegawa, Japan, assistant professor at the University of Tokyo, works on kidney disease progression mechanisms.
The ISN-KI Editorial Fellowship, designed for early career kidney care professionals, provides training opportunities for reviewing and critically evaluating manuscripts and managing editorial responsibilities within the context of a world-renowned nephrology journal.
In addition, the ISN and KI are delighted to announce the first seven ISN-KI Editorial Internships. These interns, early career researchers from ISN regions around the globe, will receive personal mentorship from a member of the KI editorial team to develop their editorial skills:
