Apply to Join the Second Cohort of the Emerging Leaders Program
The ISN Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) welcomes applications from motivated early-career professionals interested in shaping the future direction of kidney health.
The ELP is open to all ISN members. Renal pathologists are especially encouraged to apply to the program.

Viviane Calice-Silva, from Brazil, was one of fourteen successful candidates in the first ELP cohort. She comments, “The ELP program has been one of the best initiatives I ever have participated in. I was involved in many activities and discussions on kidney health promotion and equal access to kidney care. This gave me a broader vision of different realities around the world and made me a better professional and human being! It has been amazing to participate. I encourage all ISN members to apply and become part of the next ELP cohort.”
The 2022 cohort of emerging leaders will work closely with international experts on leadership skills and engage in professional development activities to improve their understanding of health policy and implementation for kidney care.
Applications should include a CV, a published article, two letters of support, and a short video.
