Save the date for the 13^th International Podocyte meeting, open to participants from all over the world.

There will be 3 sections to the meeting as follows:

1. Pre-meeting focused on early career researchers (Tuesday, July 27)
   • Models to investigate podocyte biology.
   • Podocyt-omics: big data, big discoveries?
   • Round table discussions: What is left there to discover?
   • How to be successful Podocyte Researcher
2. Main meeting: Bridging basic and translational research (Wednesday, July 28 – Friday, July 30)
   • 3 Keynote Talks
     • RNA sequencing and the kidney cell atlas
     • A systems approach to adhesion signalling
     • Human kidney organoids in perspective
   • 12 Plenary Sessions including invited talks and selected abstracts.
3. Patient-focused meeting: Communicating research (Saturday, July 31)
   Highlights include:
   • The Podocyte Conference film
   • Introduction to patient groups and the podocyte connection between them
   • Nutrition from kidney dieticians and chefs and exercise from Kidney Beam
   • Breakout sessions and expert panels

Agnes Fogo, The ISN President, will be participating in the pre-meeting section on July 27.
