2019 ISN GKHA Survey Results of Country-specific Data on Kidney Care Published in KIS
The objective of the ISN Global Kidney Health Atlas (GKHA) is to provide a snapshot of individual country and regional health system characteristics, as well as specific elements relevant to the management of patients with kidney failure in terms of the WHO health systems building blocks.
Our collection of manuscripts from the ten ISN regions, recently published in Kidney International Supplements, provides a robust description of the state of kidney care around the world. These papers identify barriers and challenges that have important policy implications for how kidney care is structured and delivered.
The reports’ findings have been and continue to feature in multiple papers.
