#MyGr8Rule Challenge is Back for World Kidney Day 2021
The World Kidney Day (WKD) #MyGr8Rule challenge reminds us to look after our kidneys and prevent kidney disease.
The initiative revolves around 8 golden rules for kidney health. To participate, complete one or more of these golden rules and:
- Take a picture of yourself in action, frame it with the WKD rules photo filter, and share it on your social media accounts using the hashtag #MyGr8Rule.
- Share it on your social media accounts with the hashtag #MyGr8Rule.
Complete as many golden rules as you can, involve your friends and family, and be as creative as you can – there’s no limit to how many times you participate.
