ISN-KDIGO CKD Early Identification and Intervention Toolkit
Following the KDIGO Controversies Conference, the report, “Early Identification and Intervention in CKD,” held in 2019, has been published in Kidney International.
“The Case for Early Identification and Intervention of Chronic Kidney Disease: Conclusions from a Kidney Disease Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) Controversies Conference,” forms the basis for a series of tools jointly developed by the ISN and KDIGO on early identification and intervention of CKD for nephrologists, primary care physicians, and allied health professionals.
A series of webinars, Conceptual Framework and Health-System Factors in Early Identification and Intervention of CKD; CKD Models of Care – Role of PCPs and Other Specialists; CKD Early identification and intervention were released in 2020.
