Kidney and heart communities gather at ISN Frontiers
Last week’s ISN Frontiers meeting in Tokyo was the first of its kind, welcoming 1584 participants from 64 countries and regions, with over 600 attendees coming from outside of Japan.
With four plenary and two keynotes lectures, 14 symposia and 21 sessions, the meeting showcased 75 abstracts. We are especially proud that this event took place in Tokyo, bringing professionals from the nephrology and cardiovascular health communities closer.
Main highlights included an action-packed opening ceremony and several award presentations. These accompanied important sessions focusing on the link between cardiovascular disease and kidney disease.
