ISN welcomes 99th Affiliated Society
A warm welcome to the Congolese Society of Nephrology, our 99th Affiliated Society! As a relatively young Society, it plans to extend its membership to nephrologists in the northern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, where there are currently no nephrologists.
By creating a Congolese Association of Kidney Patients, the Society also wants to improve medical education for doctors and nurses and organise a congress in the second part of 2018. Let’s hope being part of our community will open doors for more young doctors to learn from our programs and raise more awareness about kidney disease.
