ISN-ANIO Programs: call for proposals extended to November 15, 2016
The ISN-ANIO Committee has opened the call to apply of its four programs. The deadline has now been extended to November 15, 2016. Send your application online.
With the American Nephrologists of Indian Origin (ANIO), the Indian Society of Nephrology and other nephrologists of the Indian diaspora, ISN has gathered specific funds to provide bespoke training to India’s nephrologist – ultimately strengthening kidney care in India.
ISN members based in India can improve their skills by applying for one of four programs, depending on needs and requirements in their region.
The application deadline for all of the programs is now November 15, 2016.
Start by choosing the link to the program you wish join, complete the online form and upload the relevant information according to the instructions.
- The Clinical Nephropathology Certificate Program helps pathologists or nephrologists from low- and middle-income countries specifically train on the principles and practice of nephropathology
- The Indukaka Ipcowala Advanced Apprenticeship Program offers clinical training courses on renal pathology, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, kidney transplantation and dialysis
- In collaboration with Indian Society of Nephrology, funds are now available to set up CKD clinical research projects, topic can also include diabetic kidney disease and CKD of unknown etiology.
