Send your nominations for the ISN and Pioneer Awards by July 29
ISN members can now propose candidates for the Alfred Newton Richards, The Jean Hamburger and the Roscoe R. Robinson awards. Deadline is July 29, 2016. Nominations for the ISN Pioneer in Nephrology Awards are also now open. Send us your suggestions before the same deadline.
ISN Awards
The ISN Awards are made up of three prizes including The Alfred Newton Richards Award, recognizing outstanding basic research in fields relevant to nephrology, the Jean Hamburger Award, focused on outstanding research in nephrology with a clinical emphasis and the Roscoe R. Robinson Award, acknowledging outstanding achievements in the field of education in nephrology.
The awardees are selected from candidates nominated by ISN members. All ISN members are strongly encouraged to nominate suitable candidates for each of these three awards.
The winners of the 2017 Awards will be selected by an ISN Awards Committee, chaired by the President. The names selected by the Awards Committee will then be ratified by the Executive Committee and Council.
The selection process will be governed by ISN’s diversity policy. Members of the ISN Executive Committee are not eligible for nomination. Please submit your proposals by filling in the online form available HERE. The password to enter is isnlive.
The deadline for proposals is July 29, 2016. For each nominated candidate, please also send a CV by e-mail to Christine Rugurika: crugurika@theisn.org.
Please note that the nominations will not be complete unless the CV is also received by July 29, 2016. Supporting letters (no more than 3 per nomination) are welcome.

ISN Pioneer Awards nominations
The ISN Pioneer in Nephrology Awards recognize individuals who have made outstanding and sustained contributions to establishing and/or developing nephrology in their own country or region.
Prizes will be presented at the WCN 2017 and during chosen local / regional events. This year, we have opened the nomination process to all the ISN members.

Please bear in mind that you need to be ISN member in order to nominate a candidate (but the candidates do not necessarily need to be an ISN member). Self-nominations will not be accepted.
