ISN global snapshot results coming soon
One of the first major activities launched by ISN under the 0by25 initiative aims to demonstrate the burden of AKI in selected centers around the world.
The “global snapshot” is the first in a series of landmark projects to be launched under 0by25. This far-reaching, cross-sectional, global cohort study was designed to assess the growing burden of AKI together with how it is identified, managed and treated in different settings around the world. The web-based prospective data collection was carried out from September to December 2014 with over 300 participating centers in more than 90 countries worldwide.
Results of the study will be presented at the ISN World Congress of Nephrology on Saturday 14 March, 2015 in Cape Town. Join us from 8.00-9.30 in the Cape Town International Convention Center (CTICC) – Auditorium 1 – for the presentation of this brand new data on Acute Kidney Injury.
