Only ISN members can nominate candidates for ISN Awards – nominees, however, need not be ISN members. Find out more about the nomination requirements for each award in the links below.
Send all nominations, supporting materials, questions, or candidate recommendations to the awards coordinator before the following deadlines:
May 16, 2025
- The Lillian Jean Kaplan International Prize for excellence and leadership in polycystic kidney disease clinical or basic research
June 13, 2025
- The Bywaters Award for exceptional contributions made to the understanding of acute kidney injury
- The Jean Hamburger Award for outstanding research in nephrology with a clinical emphasis
Award winners will be recognized at the ISN World Congress of Nephrology 2026 in Yokohama, Japan (March 28-31, 2026).
