The ISN is excited to welcome 39 newly matched pairs to the ISN Mentorship Program.
The program continues to foster meaningful global connections among ISN members, helping mentees grow professionally while mentors refine their leadership and guidance skills. The ISN Mentorship Program Advisory Group expertly matched the latest pairs, bringing together members from 24 countries across 8 ISN regions.

This year, almost half the pairings feature mentors and mentees from the same region, further supporting the ISN’s commitment to strengthening regional capacity and collaborations. Each pair will engage in kidney-focused initiatives, from clinical research and scientific writing to patient education and transplantation.
