ISN Past President Vivekanand Jha (India) has received the recently established Kirpal Chugh Award at the Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology (APSN) 2024 in conjunction with the 44th Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Nephrology (APCN & KSN 2024).

The award, launched in 2021, recognizes outstanding nephrologists from the Asian Pacific region who have significantly contributed to kidney care capacity-building, including, but not limited to, education, training, service development and advocacy.

The ISN was delighted to be onsite to meet with delegates and discuss ISN initiatives. In addition, infographics on green nephrology from ISN Emerging Leaders Program cohort 2 members featured prominently at the event.
