The Kidney Disease: Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) conference, held in May 2021, sought to address the global underutilization of home dialysis therapies and identify approaches and strategies to expand their use.
The conference also addressed the financial implications of home dialysis and how best to improve the experience for individuals and care partners.

Pregnancy History and Kidney Disease Progression Among Women Enrolled in Cure Glomerulonephropathy
A longitudinal analysis investigated kidney disease progression in women with glomerular disease with and without a complicated pregnancy history.
The results demonstrate that a history of complicated pregnancy was associated with a greater estimated glomerular filtration rate decline in the years following a glomerulonephropathy diagnosis.
