The meeting will focus on the two rare and severe prototypical complement-mediated kidney diseases:
- atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS)
- C3 Glomerulopathies/Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis
There is an urgent need to identify key issues for the optimal management of these two challenging diseases and undertake research to resolve controversial points.
