Being an ISN member is special because connecting with other kidney health professionals around the world and making a difference for patients globally. I have so many memories and experiences, from working on education tools and resources that really make a difference for nursing and allied health team members with the Kidney Health Professionals Working Group to participating on diverse groups and committees to lend a nursing perspective to patient care. I have had so many opportunities to give back to the kidney community and patients globally through participating in ISN initiatives. My own practice has evolved through access to the latest developments and learning from other members. Sharing ideas and solutions is an amazing shared benefit to membership.
